Robert is an engineer and banker, who worked in several companies in Sydney before working for a famous international bank in Indonesia, which at that time, was a major accomplishment for him, one that he had always desired. He had a bright and promising career and his last position was as an AVP before he resigned in July 1994 when he chose to manage his "B" Quadrant business full time, a business that he had established in 1991.

In the early nineties, Robert admits that at times, he doubted his decision regarding his "B" Quadrant business, however everything changed when he attended a Business Convention similar to this one at which he will speak in July.

Robert is now one, of a select few global "B" Quadrant Business Leaders who mentor others. The legacy he aimed at in the nineties is now achieved, yet he believes that this is just the start for him :)
